Our Discord server is the primary hub for the Varuna Community, serving as a dynamic space for professionals committed to advancing deepfake detection and media integrity. Here, members collaboratively develop and refine our ontology, a structured framework for organizing detection tools, analytics, and resources.Key features of our Discord community:

GitHub: Technical Collaboration

Our GitHub repository serves as the technical hub for the Varuna project. It’s the final destination for artifacts developed through our Discord community efforts and maintains its own community for users who prefer or are limited to GitHub interactions.The GitHub space offers:

We DeFake: Federated Social Platform

We DeFake is our Twitter-like federated social media platform, hosted on the fediverse and interoperable with other fediverse servers like Mastodon. This platform offers a unique feature where users can request expert opinions on deepfake detection from volunteer users designated as “experts” on the platform.
